Do you have any question ?

  • Is it free of charge to go to a notary?

The notary is a ministerial officer and performs a public interest function. The prices are regulated (articles A 444-53 to R 444-186 of the French Commercial Code) and non-tariffed deeds are subject to fees that may be set freely.

  • I would like to change my notary and entrust my current case to you – what is the procedure?

If you wish to entrust us with your current case, simply inform your current notary, by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, of your intention to entrust us with your case. Changing notary does not incur any fees. However, if the former notary has already carried out work on the case, he may be paid according to the tasks performed.

You can change your notary for each new transaction.
